Echuca Overnight trip

Hello RSCA Members,

At last, this proposal will actually take place!  Please see on one attachment, my proposed program for the weekend.  You will note that it includes the Monday as well, so you workers should try to arrange that day off.  

Also on another attachment is information on the Mercure Port of Echuca Motel.  You will need to decide early if you are coming as the Motel rooms must be booked and paid for by yourself, in order to secure one of the rooms shown on the sheet.  I have reserved 15 rooms for our club.

While we are a car club, you will note that only a part of the program is about cars thereby allowing ample time for cruising the shops, being tourists and socialising.

I have roughly estimated that costs will be around $650 per couple and $450 for a single person.

Let me know as soon as possible if you intend to join in as bookings for meals, the paddle steamer and museums must be made.
